摘要
根据SNS营销特点,建立相应的评价指标体系,并利用模糊综合评价法建立评价模型。在确定指标权重方面运用层次分析法,最大限度地降低了人为主观偏见的影响,具有一定的客观性。实例表明,该模型具有较大的可操作性和实用性。
Based on the characteristics of SNS marketing, this paper established an evaluation index system and evaluation model by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to determine the index weight, and minimize the impact of the human subjective bias with a certain degree of objectivity. The example shows that the mod- el has greater maneuverability and practicality.
