摘要
以 EVA共聚物为基础 ,尝试通过等离子体接枝方法接枝丙烯酰胺以达到聚合物阻燃及抑烟的目的 .接枝后样品的成炭量明显增加 ,说明接枝后的侧基 (- CONH2 )在热降解过程中不仅自身参与成炭 ,而且强有力地促进了基体聚合物的成炭过程 .接枝后样品的烟密度降低 ,接枝不仅可以达到阻燃的目的 ,而且还达到了抑烟的效果 .
An attempt has been made in the paper in order to achieve the flame retardancy and smoke suppression to polymers by grafting method induced by plasma. Based on EVA copolymer grafted with acrylamide, it was found that the char residue was raised. It indicates that the side group of -CONH 2 in the grafted layer not only can be charring on the thermal degradation stage, but also can promote the substrate polymer to charring. The smoke density was lowered after EVA copolymer was grafted with acrylamide. Plasma grafting method not only can get the purpose of flame retardancy of polymers, but also can achieve the smoke suppression of polymers.
