摘要
旋流煤粉燃烧器的气流组织对电站锅炉的稳定燃烧与安全运行都具有重要的影响。文中通过建立物理和数学模型,对某电站采用的中心给粉型旋流煤粉燃烧器进行数值模拟研究,通过调整内二次风旋流叶片角度,得到不同工况下的速度流场和速度矢量分布,经分析各种计算结果,得出各参量变化对流场的影响规律。
The whirl burner's air- flow organization is very important for the boiler's stable burning and safe handling. The paper through establishing physical and mathematic model and then makes a numerical simulation of the whirl burner. Through adjusting the bladeb angle of the internal overfire air, gets the velocity field and the distribution of velocity vector and analyses the result of the numerical simulation and then obtains the rule of different parameter's influence in the flow field.
