摘要
目的采用HPLC法单波长同时测定六味甘草丸中甘草苷和甘草酸铵的含量。方法采用EClipseXDB-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温30℃,流动相A为乙腈、流动相B为0.05%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长为237nm;理论板数按甘草苷峰计算应≥5×10^3。结果甘草苷和甘草酸铵的线性范围分别为0.025~0.250μg(r=0.9999)、0.208~2.080μg(r=0.9998),平均样回收率分别为99.78%、99.33%,RSD分别为1.19%、1.41%(n=6)。结论所用方法准确、简便、灵敏、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the determination of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid ammonium in six kinds of licorice pill by single wavelength HPLC method. METHODS The chromatographic column was EClipse XDB - C18 column ( 250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) ,with the temperature of 30 ℃ ,and acetonitrile as mobile phase A,0.05% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase B. The detec- tion wavelength was 237 nm. The number of theoretical plates should not be less than 5 × 10^3 according to the calculation of liquiritin peak. RESULTS The linear range of liquiritin linear range was 0.025 - 0. 250 p.g ( r = 0. 9999 ), the average recovery was 99.78% with RSD of 1.19 % ( n = 6 ) ; The linear range of ammonium glycyrrhizinate was 0. 208 - 2. 080 μg ( r = 0. 9998 ) , the average recovery was 99.33% ,RSD = 1.41% (n = 6). CONCLUSION The method is accurate, simple, sensitive, reliable, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
