摘要
文章根据金刚石线锯的结构特征,探讨了"表镶式"金刚石线锯的金刚石浓度定义方法,提出了体积浓度、表面浓度、颗粒浓度等三种浓度概念和计算方法,研究对比了不同切割对象时浓度设计与工具性能的关系。研究结果表明,蓝宝石切片线锯金刚石体积浓度为21.13%、面积浓度为6.84%、颗粒浓度为71mm-2时,工具使用综合效果较好。
In this paper,the concept of diamond concentration of face-beset diamond wire is researched based on the wire's structural feature.Three kinds of concentration concept are proposed, which are called volume-concentration, face-concentration and granule-concentration.The relation between diamond concentration and tool performances is researchedas to different sawing materials.The results indicated that when the sapphire sawing diamond wire's volume-concentration is 21.13%,face-concentration is 6.84%, granule-concentration is 7 1 mm-2 ,the tool function is excellent.
