摘要
该文以甲苯 TNT 水体系为对象 ,对膜萃取模型进行了研究 ,求取了该体系膜萃取过程的传质方程 ,并通过实验进行了验证。结果表明 ,所得的传质方程可信、有效 ,相对偏差在 1 0 %以内。比较和分析膜萃取过程中各部分传质阻力 ,可以看出 ,对于该体系选取疏水膜器 ,可以有效地减小膜阻 ,强化传质。
Membrane extraction model of Toluene TNT Water system was investigated , and mass transfer equation was obtained in this paper. The experimental result shows that the obtained mass transfer equation is acceptable and effective, with relative error under 10%. After comparing every mass transfer resistance during membrane extraction process, it is obtained that using hydrophobic membrane module in this system can effectively decrease the membrane resistance and enforce mass transfer.
