摘要
随着疏水性粉状药剂在水处理中的广泛应用,传统的加药设备及方法难以满足当今药剂的投加要求,因此研制开发高效、经济、安全的药剂投加工艺具有重要意义。以粉末活性炭为例,从粉状物料的固有物理化学特性角度描述了"悬浮流速"和"自凝聚特征"的概念,重点从经济性、可靠性、合理性方面说明了粉体药剂投加方法对水处理工艺的影响,介绍了更为经济、可靠且具有更为广义应用的加药工艺方案。
As hydrophobic powdered chemicals has been widely used in water treatment process, the traditional dosing device and method can not meet the current requirements for the chemicals dosing, so research and development of efficient, safe and economical chemicals dosing process are of great sig- nificance. Taking the powdered activated carbon as example, the concepts of "suspension velocity" and "self coagulation" were described from the points of view of the inherent physicochemical properties of powdered material. The effects of dosing method of powdered chemicals on water treatment process were analyzed in the aspects of economy, reliability and rationality. The scheme of the chemicals dosing that would be more economical, more reliable and more widely used was introduced.
