摘要
通过对某生活垃圾渗滤液处理厂一期工程现状进、出水水质及构筑物参数进行分析,提出了其存在的主要问题及改造思路。改造工程设计出水规模由600 m3/d扩大至1 300 m3/d,主体改造工艺采用MBR+NF/RO,出水水质达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)表2标准。工程设计中,对现有构筑物的设计参数进行了优化,并总结了改造内容和设计经验,可为相关改造项目提供借鉴与参考。
The present influent and effluent quality and structures parameters of the first-phase project of a municipal solid waste leachate treatment plant were analyzed, and the main issues and recon- struction ideas were put forward. The design capacity of the reconstruction engineering was expanded from 600 m3/d to 1 300 m3/d. The main reconstruction process is membrane bio-reactor and nanofiltration/re- verse osmosis( MBR + NF/RO) process. The effluent quality meets the table 2 in the Standard for Pollu- tion Control on the Landfill Site for Domestic Waste (GB 16889 -2008). In the engineering design, the design parameters of the existing structures were optimized. The reconstruction contents and design expe- rience were summarized to provide a reference for design of similar reconstruction projects.
