摘要
采用格栅调节/厌氧水解酸化/生物接触氧化/斜管沉淀池/生物滤池工艺对原印染废水处理工程进行改造,改造工程已正常运行2年多,处理出水pH值为6~9、COD≤50mg/L、SS≤20mg/L,改造工程至今未排过生化污泥,实现了污泥趋零排放的目标。
The bar screen/anaerobic hydrolysis acidification/biological contact oxidation/inclined tube sedimentation tank/biofilter process was used for reconstruction of the original printing and dyeing wastewater treatment engineering. The reconstructed engineering has been operated for more than two years. The effluent pH, COD and SS were 6 to 9, 50 mg/L or less and 20 mg/L or less respectively. Biochemical sludge has not been discharged, and the goal of zero sludge discharge was achieved.
