摘要
建立了液质联用法测定水中毒死蜱含量的不确定度评定的数学模型。分析了测试过程不确定度的主要来源,评估了标准不确定度、合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,通过不确定度的分析结果来评定该方法的适用性。结果表明:液质联用法测定水中毒死蜱含量的相对扩展不确定度为0.039,仪器分析过程引入的不确定度贡献最大。
A mathematical model of uncertainty analysis for chlorpyrifos determination in water samples by UPLC-MS/MS was established. The major sources of uncertainty were analyzed, and the standard, synthetic and expanded uncertainties were determined to evaluate the adaptation of the method. The result showed that the relative expanded uncertainty for chlorpyrifos determination in water samples by UPLC-MS/MS was 0. 039, and the maximum uncertainty contribution was from instrument analysis.
