提出了一种利用氧气吸收光谱及参数拟合法测量单色仪杂散光的方法 ,并成功地运用这种方法测量了 N- 10 0真空紫外单色仪 (16 0 0～ 175 0 )× 10 - 1 0
A method based on oxygen absorption spectra and parameter fit is developed for measuring the stray light in monochromators.Measurements of stray light in a N 100 Vacuum ultraviolet monochromator are successfully carried out with the method in the region (16501750) .
