摘要
介绍了 Y30、Y4 1型单柱万能液压机机体工作台面铣削专用组合机床 ,分析其加工工艺方案、结构形式、工作循环与控制系统。根据机体零件体形大、自重重的特点 ,采用工件不动、铣削部件移动的布局 ,使机床结构紧凑刚性好 ,加工质量稳定 ,操作调整方便 ,制造成本低 ,效果好 ,适用于液压机机体的多品种、中小批量生产。
The article introduces a combined milling machine for the working face of single columm almighty hydraulic press of Y30 and Y41 types. The miller's machining plan,structural feature,working cycle and control system are analyzed.With the big shape and heavy dead weight of the press considered, the layout is made as that the workpieces are unmovable while the milling parts move,and the structure of the machine tool is coherent and rigid,so the operation and adjustment becomes easy,and the machining quality comes to be reliable and steady.The cost of the combined milling machine is comparatively low,but the machining effect is good,so this machine tool is suitable for the multi sort and middle or small quantity production of hydraulic presses.
