摘要
文章分析了CIMS环境下柔性制造核心技术群的体系结构,提出一种面向柔性装配的PDM与CAD/CAPP并行工程设计方法,采用面向对象的结构化软件设计手段,提出面向对象的设计构架,建立了以装配工艺规程为线索的产品与工艺规程并行设计模型,并对其实施的方法及特点进行了分析。
This paper analyses a structure of key technical group of flexible manufacture under CIMS environment and presents a concurrent engineering designing method of CAD/CAPP based on product data management (PDM) for flexible assembling. Using the designing means of object orientied structural software, a model of parallel design of the product and the process plan is set up with the process plan as the clue, and its characteristic and application method are also discussed.
