碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料的高速电火花穿孔加工试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用高速电火花穿孔加工方法对碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料进行了通孔加工实验。为了及时冷却待加工孔的进出口表面,并吹灭电弧,避免工件材料的燃烧,通过设计专用夹具,将压缩空气和去离子水经微量润滑喷头引入工件的上下表面。当加工直径2 mm、深度2.4 mm的通孔时,对比未喷雾冷却加工,可有效减小表面热影响区,提高加工精度和表面质量,加工效率提高约21.6%,且能有效抑制加工粉尘,为碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料提供了一种新的绿色加工方法。 The machining of through holes in carbon fiber-reinforced plastic laminates has been studied by using high speed electrical discharge machining. In order to cool the machining area rapidly and extinguish the electric arc causing combustion,the special fixtures are designed to introduce the mixture of compressed air and deionized water into both the inlet and outlet of the workpiece. In comparison to the machining of holes without spray conditions,for instance,the through-holes of which are 2 mm in diameter and 2.4 mm in depth,the surface heat affected zone can be dramatically reduced,whilst the machining accuracy and surface quality can be improved too,and the machining efficiency is increased up to 21.6 % as well. Moreover,in the machining process,debris is inhibited effectively. It proposed to the green machining of carbon fiber-reinforced plastic laminates.
