摘要
简要介绍了螺旋缝埋弧焊管预精焊工艺的优势及流程,重点以钢卷准备站、预焊区、后桥区、精焊区的设备为例,从不同角度详细介绍了人机界面技术、PLC控制技术、网络架构技术、伺服驱动技术等先进控制技术以及钢管信息识别和追踪技术在预精焊机组中的应用。这些技术之间关系紧密,共同保证了预精焊机组生产的高速度、高质量、高稳定性,有利于进一步实现耗材低、速度快、质量好的螺旋缝埋弧焊管生产目标。
Described in the article are the advantages and the flows of SAWH pre-welding and finalwelding processes. Focusing on the facilities located in the coil preparation station, the pre-welding area, the run-off area and the final-welding area, applications of all the major technologies as employed by the operation line are detailed from different point of view, involving a number of advanced technologies, namely, the human-machine interface technology, the PLC technology, the network architecture technology, and the servo-drive technology as well as the technology for identification and tracking of steel pipe information, etc. These technologies are closely related, which ensures that the pre-welding and final-welding line is operated with high speed, high product quality and high stability. Therefore it is expected to further realize the objectives concerning SAWH pipe production, i.e., low consumption, high operation speed and high product quality.
