摘要
针对当前受到广泛关注的仿生非光滑表面减阻技术及其优异的减阻效果,分析了鲨鱼表皮沟槽式仿生非光滑表面的减阻机理,并在此基础上对仿生非光滑表面的制备工艺进行了归纳和对比,最后综述了该技术在油气管道中的应用现状及亟待解决的问题和应用前景。研究表明:生物加工方法是未来仿生非光滑减阻表面制备的发展方向,且仿生非光滑表面减阻技术在油气管道输送领域将有广泛的应用前景。
Aiming at biomimetics no-smooth surface drag reduction technique and its excellent drag reduction efficiency, both of which arouse the public concem, the drag reduction mechanism of a biomimetics no-smooth surface similar to shark skin riblet is analyzed. On this basis, the preparation technique of no-smooth surface is summarized and compared. In the end, the applied situation and prospect of this technology in oil and gas pipeline are summarized as well as problems urgently to be solved. The re- search indicates that the biological manufacturing method is the development direction of biomimetic no-smooth surface prepara- tion technique and the biomimetic no-smooth surface drag reduction technique will have wide-ranging application prospects in the field of oil and gas pipeline.
