摘要
中贵线途经地区地质条件复杂,加之管道输送要求多样,导致油气管道投产工艺制定难度较大。文中针对中卫-南部段高落差(多处落差在500 m以上)管道的高压降输送工艺要求,对该部分管道投产方案进行优化,最终制定出两级调压、多级注醇的投产方式,并在此工艺条件下合理确定了注氮量和注醇量。此部分管道投产后,运行阶段的测试结果非常理想,实现了高落差管道在高压降输送要求下的稳定运行。
The geological condition in most areas which near the Zhonggui line are complex. Coupled with the diversity of de- mands for pipeline transportation, the oil gas pipeline production process is difficult. In this paper, concerning high pressure pipe- line processing requirements in the Zhongwei-to-Nanbu branch (fall of more than 500 m in many parts), the pipeline scheme is optimized,ultimately developing a multistage, multiple alcohol injection and production mode, and in light of the technological conditions, the injection capacity of alcohol and the injection capacity of nitrogen are rationally determined. The after running test results are very ideal, realizing the stable operation at a high pipeline pressure drop under the demand of high pressure transporta- tion.
