摘要
N06690合金是一种含铬量较高的镍合金,具有良好的耐腐蚀性能和机械性能,在化工强腐蚀性介质中应用前景广阔。但焊接N06690合金时容易出现热裂纹和气孔,为了获得高质量的焊接接头,文中对N06690合金材料特性和焊接性能进行了分析,确定了焊接方法、焊接材料及焊接工艺参数并进行了评定。焊接接头的检验表明:焊缝具有良好的力学性能和弯曲性能,证明了焊接参数选择的合理性,该参数可以用于实际产品的焊接。
N06690 is a high chromium content nickel alloy which has a good anti-corrosion mechanical capacity and is well used in the high corrosion fluid chemical industry. Cracks and air holes occur easily during the welding. In order to get high quali- ty welding joints, the paper analyzes the character of N06690 alloy and welding property, determines the welding method and welding materials and evaluate the welding process parameter. The welds have a good mechanical property and bending property as the inspection of the welding joint has proven,and certify the rationality of the welding parameter,which can be used for the actual product welding.
