摘要
以Co粉和粗粒度的WC粉为原料,混料后,压制成低含Co量的WC-Co粉末压坯,再在高温真空炉中烧结得到了低钴粗晶的WC-Co烧结体。重点研究了真空烧结温度、时间和真空度等对烧结体物理机械性能的影响。试验结果表明,烧结工艺条件对烧结体的性能有着决定的影响,通过控制适当的工艺条件,可以得到兼有高硬度和高韧性的低钴粗晶合金,其综合性能明显优于相同含Co量的普通YG合金。
In this paper, gross WC powder and low percent of cobalt are employed to manufacture the WC-Co cemented carbide by a vacuum sintering processing, and the properties of the sintered alloys are detected. The results have shown that the sintering parameters, especially the temperature and vacuum capacity have a great influence on the physical and mechanical properties of the sintered alloys. Also, by controlling the sintering conditions, both the hardness and toughness of the sintered alloys can be significantly improved and the alloys may become superior to the common YG alloys with same cobalt content.
