3种特色中药材体外抑菌作用研究

Study on the Antibacterial Activity of Three kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicine in vitro

[目的]研究金丝马尾连、鸡脚连、透骨草3种中药材的体外抑菌活性。[方法]采用牛津杯法和二倍稀释法测定其对金黄色葡萄球菌等7种细菌的体外抑菌活性。[结果]3种中药材对7种细菌有不同程度的抑制作用,其中鸡脚连抑菌效果最好,其次为金丝马尾连。[结论]3种中药材可作为抑菌剂来开发,更好地应用于医疗与食品工业。

[ Objective] The aim was to investigate the antibacterial effects of three kinds of Chinese herbal medicines including Thalictrum glandulosissimum, Berberis paraspecta and Phryma leptostachya Linn. [ Method] The antibacterial activity of 3 kinds of Chinese herbal medi- cine was determined by double-dilution method and oxford cup method with 7 kinds of bacteria including Staphylococcus aureus et al. [ Result] Three kinds of Chinese herbal medicines have different degrees of inhibition on 7 kinds of bacteria, the best is Berberis paraspecta, followed by Thalictrum glandulosissimum. [ Conclusion] Three kinds of Chinese herbal medicines can be used as antibacterial agent for application in med- ical and food industry.
