摘要 为确定氮肥对大白菜品质的作用效果,以2个大白菜品种(‘丰抗78’和‘金秋理想’)为试材,采用露地栽培的方式,研究了施用不同纯氮量的氮肥(160、320、480 kg/hm2)对大白菜品质的影响。结果表明,随着纯氮量的增加,硝态氮含量增加,维生素C含量先增加后降低,而干物质含量、可溶性固形物及可溶性蛋白质含量均随纯氮量的增加而降低。其中氮肥对硝态氮、维生素C、可溶性蛋白质含量影响显著。品种间的研究结果表明,可溶性固形物含量和维生素C含量品种差异极显著,其他指标品种间差异不显著。 In order to determine the effects of nitrogen fertilizer on Chinese cabbage quality, two Chinese cabbage varieties ( ' Fengkang78 ' and ' Jinqiulixiang' ) were used as testing materials by open field cultivation to study the effects of different nitrogen amount ( 160, 320 and 480 kg/hm2 ) on Chinese cabbage quality. The results showed that with the increase of pure nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen content increased, vita- min C content first increased then decreased. And dry matter content, soluble solid content and soluble protein content decreased along with the pure nitrogen content increased. The nitrogenous fertilizer significantly affected nitrate, vitamin C and soluble protein contents. The results also showed that there were significant differences in soluble solids contents and vitamin C content between varieties, and no significant differ- ence in other indexes.
