摘要
[目的]探讨饲料中添加不同浓度瑞康3号(壳聚糖和益生菌的混合物)对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)生长性能和非特异性免疫机能的影响。[方法]在基础饲料中分别添加0(对照组)、300、600和1 500 mg/kg的瑞康3号,在水温(22.0±2.0)℃下,分别饲喂平均体重为(7.5±1.0)g的黄颡鱼42 d。测定黄颡鱼生长性能和非特异性免疫活性等指标。[结果]添加瑞康3号后,可提高黄颡鱼增重率、特定生长率、血清酸性磷酸酶活性、碱性磷酸酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性和溶菌酶活性,降低饵料系数;其中,300 mg/kg的添加量效果最佳。[结论]在黄颡鱼饲料中添加适量壳聚糖和益生菌的混合物(300 mg/kg)能显著改善其生长性能和增强其非特异性免疫功能。
[ Objective ] This study investigated effects of dietary chitosan and probiotics supplementation levels on growth performance and non-specific immunity of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco. [ Method ] Four experimental diets were prepared by adding 0 ( control group), 300, 600 and 1 500 mg/kg chitosan and probiotics, respectively. A growth trial was conducted by feeding fish( mean body weight 7.5 ±-1.0 g)with the four experimental diets for 42 d under water temperature of(22.0 ± 2.0) ℃. [ Result ] The results showed that the weight gain rate, special growth rate, activity of acid phosphatase , activity of alkaline phosphatase , activity of super oxide dismutase and activity of lysozyme of experi- mental groups were higher than control group, feed conversion ratio was lower than control group. Dietary 300mg/kg chitosan and probiotics showed the best effect. [ Concbasion] Thus adding ehitosan and probiotics in Pelteobagrus fulvidraco feed appropriately(300 mg/kg) can im- prove their growth performance and non-specificimmune function.
