两种不同饲料对定安鹅蛋壳性能及孵化效果的影响

摘要 [目的]开展定安鹅鹅蛋孵化性能的研究。[方法]选择饲喂饲料Ⅰ(70%玉米+30%种鸭料)和饲喂饲料Ⅱ(10%玉米+90%种鸭料)的定安鹅种鹅进行蛋壳性能和孵化效果观察试验。[结果]两种饲料营养成分与国内种鹅饲养标准相比,饲料Ⅰ中的含钙量低67.15%,含磷量高25%,而粗蛋白低27%,代谢能高37.70%;饲料Ⅱ中的含钙量高7.69%,含磷量高150%;而粗蛋白高2.25%,代谢能高57.03%。喂饲料Ⅱ与饲料Ⅰ的种鹅蛋壳性能相比,种鹅蛋蛋壳,含钙量大41.39%,含磷量大40.90%,差异都极显著(P<0.01);蛋壳厚度高14.73%,差异显著(P<0.05);气孔数少100%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。[结论]饲喂种鹅的两种饲料的营养成分配比均不合理,尤其钙、磷的含量、比例与种鹅饲养标准差距甚大,是种鹅蛋壳性能差,孵化效果不良的主要原因。应根据孵化效果分析,营养成分测定,调整种鸭料替代比例,使饲粮组成更有利于发挥种鹅的的繁殖性能,提高孵化率。 [ Objective ] To carry out Dingan goose egg hatch performance study. [ Method ] Select feeding fodder I (70% corn + 30% kind of duck feed)and feeding fodder 11 (10% corn + 90% kind of duck feed) to conduct eggshell performance and hatching observation test to Dingan goose. [Result] The results showed that: the two feed nutrients compared with domestic goose feeding standards, the calcium content of fodder I low 67.15% , the phosphorus content of high 25% , while the crude protein of low 27% , metabolizable energy high 37.70% ;the calcium content of fodder I1 high7.69%, the phosphorus content of highl50%, while the crude protein of high 2.25%, metabolizable energy high 57. 03%. Compared to feed fodder 1I and fodder I goose eggshell performance, the kind of goose egg eggshell containing calcium large 41.39%, phosphorus containing large 40.90% , differences were highly significant ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; Eggshell thickness of the high 14.73% , the difference was significant (P 〈 0, 05 ) ; stomata of the number of fewer 100% , the difference was significant (P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] A- nalysis showed that the two nutrients fed goose fodder ratio were unreasonable, especially calcium, phosphorus content, proportion is very large gap with goose feeding standards, is goose eggshell poor performance, mainly due to adverse effects of hatching. Analysis should be based on hatching effectiveness, nutrients measured, adjust the kind of duck materials substitute of ratio, so that the composition of the diet is more con- ducive to play bring into gooseg reproductive performance, improved hatchability.
