摘要 [目的]比较3种增塑剂的生物毒性。[方法]在试验室模拟条件下,通过测定微生物(Isaria sp.)的生物量、大豆种子发芽率、芽长和蚯蚓的存活率、体长,研究3种增塑剂对生物体的毒性影响。[结果]3种增塑剂对I.sp.生长的毒性大小顺序为:ESO>ATBC>DOP;DOP对大豆发芽、蚯蚓存活表现出了明显的毒性,而ESO和ATBC对大豆发芽、蚯蚓存活没有表现出明显的毒性。[结论]3种增塑剂各浓度处理对大豆种子发芽的影响情况与对芽长的影响情况相似,DOP表现出强毒性,ESO、ATBC的毒性较小。 [ Objective ] The aim was to detect the toxicity of different kinds of plasticizers to organism. [ Method ] Under the condition of labo- ratory simulation, by measuring the biomass of microorganism (Isaria sp), soybean seed germination rate and bud length, the earthworm sur- vival rate and body length, studied the toxicity of three plasticizer to organism. [ Result ] The results indicate that the toxicity of three plastici- zers to Isaria sp was: Epoxidized Soybean Oil 〉 Acetyl Tributyl Citrate 〉 Di-n-octyl Phthalate. DOP shows obvious toxicity on soybean sprout, earthworms survival, but the ESO and ATBC shows little toxicity on soybean sprout, earthworms survival. [ Conclusion] Different concentra- tion of three kinds of plasticizers has similar effects on germination of soybean seed and root length, DOP performs strong toxicity.
