基于潜力调查的县级土地整治任务安排与效益评价研究

Effect Evaluation and Task Scheduling of the County Land Rearrangement Based on the Potential Investigation

为对县级土地整治中的任务安排与效益评价进行研究,以连州市作为研究区域,采用潜力调查的方法,对连州土地整治的任务安排与效益评价进行了研究。该研究采用的潜力调查方法以促进研究区农业现代化和城乡统筹发展为出发点和落脚点,以建设高标准基本农田为重点,统筹安排落实农田和村庄土地整治、损毁土地复垦和宜耕后备土地开发等类型的土地整治任务。结果显示,利用潜力调查的结果进行整治任务的安排切实可行,规划实施后将带来较高的经济、社会和生态效益。

In order to study the effect evaluation and task scheduling of the county land rearrangement, with Lianzhou as the study area, the effect evaluation and task scheduling of Lianzhou land rearrangement were studied by the potential investigation. The potential survey methods was used in this paper, the rearrangement task of arable land, the urban industrial construction land, the land reclamation, and the arable re- serve land resources were scheduled. The modernization of agriculture and urban and rural development were also considered. The results showed that, the potential results can be used in the rearrangements. And the rearrangement planning will bring high economic, social and ec- ological benefits.
