摘要
蝴蝶兰是目前兰科植物中栽培最广泛、最普及的种类之一,具有较高的观赏价值和经济价值,市场需求量较大。现阶段,蝴蝶兰的种苗繁殖多采用组织培养来进行,但由于受褐变、菌类污染和玻璃化现象三大难题的困扰,尤其是褐变现象的发生,严重阻碍蝴蝶兰的规模化生产。该研究对蝴蝶兰组培苗褐变现象的实质、影响因素及其控制作了有益的探索,以期对蝴蝶兰种苗生产有所帮助。
Phalaenopsis amabilis B1. is the most popular variety among the Orchidaceae with high ornamental and economic value, high mar- ket demand. P. amabilis B1. propagates by tissue culture and is always influenced by browning, fungi pollution and vitrification. Browning re- strains the scale production of P. amabilis B1. seriously. This paper explores the essence and influence factors, and control of browning in tis- sue seedling production, so as to improve the production of P. amabilis B1.
