摘要
[目的]为了探究合理搭配氮肥形态和用量,在保证蔬菜品质的基础上提高产量。[方法]利用盆栽试验,研究不同氮肥形态对小油菜中酸盐含量的影响,采用比色法测定小油菜中硝酸盐含量。[结果]在同一氮肥水平下复合肥硝酸铵(硝酸铵是硝铵态氮肥或称之为硝态氮肥,不是复合肥)较铵态氮肥碳酸氢铵和酰胺态氮肥尿素产量高,硝酸盐积累少。[结论]在保证合理的氮肥施用量的基础上,合理搭配不同形态的氮肥有利于品质和产量的提高。
[ Objective] To study forms and doses of nitrogen fertilizer, and improve yield of vegetables on the basis of ensuring the quality. [ Method ] Use potted cultivation to study different forms of nitrogen fertilizer on nitrate concentration in rape, and apply colorimetry to test ni- trate concentration in rape. [ Result] With the same level of nitrogen fertilizer, compound fertilizer ammonium nitrate (ammonium nitrate is ammonium and nitrate nitrogen fertilizer or nitrate nitrogen fertilizer, but not a compound fertilizer) contributes to higher yield but less accumu- lation of nitrate than ammonium nitrogen fertilizer and amide nitrogen fertilizer. [ Conclusion] Based on reasonable application dose of nitrogen fertilizer, nitrogen fertilizer of different forms can be combined to improve quality and yield of vegetables.
