摘要
综述了改性蒙脱石对黄曲霉毒素B1吸附的研究进展,并从黄曲霉毒素B1的分子结构和蒙脱石的结构特点出发从分子水平上介绍了蒙脱石对黄曲霉毒素B1吸附机制的研究进展。
Abstract Based on the structural characteristics of aflatoxin B1 and montmorillonite, this paper reviewed the research progress of bonding mechanisms between aflatoxin B1 and modified montmorillonite on a molecular level.
