摘要
对四种常见的车用钢板弹簧的结构和性能进行对比分析,提出了在开发设计农用运输车时选用钢板弹簧的一般方法以多片等截面式和少片变截面式钢板弹簧为例,介绍了钢板弹簧的计算机辅助参数设计的步骤和方法在设计计算机程序时,将热轧弹簧扁钢的宽度和厚度系列尺寸编成数组进入程序自动循环计算,可以有效地找出多片等截面式钢板弹簧的所有可行设计方案,供设计者选择;用复合形法对少片变截面式钢板弹簧进行优化求解时,采用一种实用的确定初始点的方法,可使优化设计效率大大提高最后针对某1.0t级农用运输车的前钢板弹簧。
In this paper the structure and performance of four typical types of vehicle leaf springs have been contrastively analyzed and the general principles for selecting leaf springs in the course of developing agricultural transporters have been discussed. The multi leaf spring and the tapered leaf spring are selected as examples to explain the method and process of computer aided parameter design of leaf springs. On designing the computer program, all the feasible design plans are available to the designer by making a dimension of the standard thickness and width of heat roll spring flat steel to be calculated in program.For optimum design of tapered leaf springs by means of complex method,determining the initial point is adopted to improve the efficiency of calculation. As a sample, the design results of the multi leaf spring and tapered leaf spring for the front leaf spring of an agricultural transporter with the loading capacity of 1.0t are presented at the end of this paper.
