摘要
先运用有限单元法建立起F165发动机曲轴箱的力学模型,并对其应力分布进行了计算和分析然后根据分析的结果,对原始的模型做了局部修改最后通过理论计算和测试两种手段验证了改动的合理性,使得曲轴箱的应力分布状况有了明显的改善。
Based on the Finite Element Methods, the mechanics model of F165 Engine Crankcase is set up. Then calculation and analysis of its stress distribution are made. According to the result of the analysis, the original model is partly modified. The rationality of the modification is validated by the following two means, theoretic calculation and testing. The modification can improve visibly the stress distribution status of the crankcase. Consequently its work capability and life can also be enhanced.
