摘要 从打破钝态层的稳定性,增加了Cl-的攻击性,代谢产物对钝化膜的侵蚀作用,多种细菌共同作用四个方面对重要的应用材料不锈钢的微生物腐蚀机理进行了分析,并从阴极保护,控制营养条件,采用杀菌剂、保护层四个方面分析了微生物腐蚀控制措施对微生物腐蚀的未来研究和发展趋势作了展望指出要对微生物腐蚀机理有一个全面的了解,应建立一个微生物、环境、材料三者之间的关系,不锈钢的微生物腐蚀有待研究.积累各种材料对微生物腐蚀抵抗能力的数据参数开发鉴定、监控、预测微生物腐蚀的技术。 The mechanism of MIC in stainless steels is discussed from four aspects:Breaking the stability of passive layer.Improving the attacking of Cl -.Corrosion to passive layer by the metallic production.Eeffects of bacteria. Preventing and controlling techniques of MIC,including cathodic protection, biocides, surface coating and nutritions controlling,are summarized. Development and tendencies in the future are out looked. It's necessary to make a model of microorganisms,environment and material for obtaining a more thorough knowledge of the mechnisms of MIC. Two important applying fields are the establishment of a classification for the resistance of material against MIC and the development of Technologies for detection , treatment , prevention of MIC and biocides.
