摘要
介绍了智能结构的组成部分及其特性.针对国内智能结构的应用较少的情况,研制出一种基于电流变材料的智能结构,成功地应用于镗削颤振的抑制.这种结构具有控制方便,实时可控,能耗小,结构简单等特点,为其实际应用和机械振动控制提出了一个新途径.
Component and characteristic of intelligent structure is introduced. Because of the case that application in this area is lesser in our country, a kind of intelligent structure base on ERF is developed and applied for boring chatter control successfully. The structure is applied with advantage of real time control facility, energy cost little and structure simple. A new approach on which further applicative research on mechanical vibration control is proposed.
