摘要
通过具体实例,介绍了激光三维加工过程的计算机仿真的原理和方法,采用三维动画制作软件3DS结合Auto CAD进行静态的实体造型,利用激光三维加工机的数控指令于3DS软件中动画仿真轨迹.通过计算机仿真,可找到实际加工中可能碰到的问题,及时予以纠正,以避免不必要的损失.
This article introduces the principle and method to emulate the 3D trace of laser processing by a simple example. With aniate software 3DS and AutoCAD to build a precise static model, the actual dynamic trace can be emulated by the use of the similarity between NC command of laser machining and operation of 3DS command. Based upon the resuls of the emulation, it is easy to find out the problems which are possibly met during actual processing.
