吉林省乡级预防接种单位儿童预防接种信息管理系统的客户端建设情况分析

Analysis of Status about Childhood Immunization Information Management System Client Terminal Construction in Immunization Site at Township Level

目的了解吉林省乡级预防接种单位儿童预防接种信息管理系统(Childhood Immunization Information Management System,CIIMS)的客户端建设情况,为建设标准化、规范化、信息化的乡级预防接种单位提供参考。方法所有乡级预防接种单位填写CIIMS客户端现况调查表和用户档案表,采用描述性分析方法,对免疫规划和CIIMS客户端建设相关的免疫服务、人员、设备、经费、管理系统运转状况等相关指标进行分析。结果 2012年,预防接种方式中的日接种、周接种、旬接种比例明显高于2007年,从事预防接种>3年和不会使用计算机的人员比例明显低于2007年,熟练使用计算机的人员比例明显高于2007年;卫生部要求乡级预防接种单位CIIMS客户端使用的设备除拨号上网一项外,其他各项2012年均比2007年有显著变化;乡级预防接种单位使用CIIMS客户端收集的2005年以后出生儿童个案数已达1 697 098份。结论预防接种周期在缩短,入户接种的形式已不存在;从事预防接种>3年的人数有所减少,参与CIIMS客户端管理的乡级预防接种人员使用计算机的水平明显提高;吉林省2012年乡级预防接种单位CIIMS客户端管理的儿童个案数明显高于2007年,乡级预防接种单位用于CIIMS客户端的设备,达到了卫生部对乡级预防接种单位CIIMS客户端建设的要求。

Objective To understand the status of the childhood immunization information management system（CIIMS） client terminal in immunization site at township level, and provide reliable bases for setting up standardized, formalized and informatization immunization site at township level. Methods Questionnaires about the status of CIIMS client terminal and forms of clients information registration were filled by all immunization sites in towns, and descriptive methods were applied to analyze the expanded program of .immunization （EPI） CIIMS client terminal related target of service, personnel, facilities, funds management status. Results Among all the vaccination patterns in Jilin province in 2012, ratio of daily, weekly and ten days＇ vaccination was obviously higher than which in 2007. The ratio of personnel whose work experience is more than 3 years and who has little knowledge about using computer was much lower than which in 2007. Ratio of personnel who can handle computer well was obviously higher than which in 2007. Necessary facilities for CIIMS client terminal in organizations for vaccination in towns required by China was significantly different between 2007 and 2012 except dial-up access. 1,697,098 cases who were born after 2005 have been recorded in CIIMS clients terminal of immunization sites in towns. Conclusions Vaccination service interval period is shorther, house visiting vaccination service model no longer existed. Though the number of employees whose work experience for over 3 years is decreased, computer knowledge proficiency of people who participate in CIIMS client terminal management is significant improved. Children cases managed by immunization site in towns CIIMS client terminal are obviously more than that in 2007. Facilities used in CIIMS client terminal meets the national requirments.
