疫苗可预防疾病2007~2012年国家级继续教育项目开展情况分析

摘要 目的分析疫苗可预防疾病(Vaccine Preventable Diseases,VPD)2007~2012年国家级继续教育项目的开展情况,为做好VPD培训提供参考。方法根据国家级继续医学教育项目系统中报告的2007—2012年VPD相关国家级继续医学教育项目的实施情况,应用微软电子表格(MicrosoftExcel)、统计产品与服务解决方案(Statistical Product and Service Solutions,SPSS)13.0等软件,统计、分析项目举办数量、天数、师资、培训学员及培训效果等。结果2007—2012年,共开展VPD继续教育项目61项,项目执行率61%;培训4—6d的占72.13%;项目负责人均具有高级技术职称,本单位的授课教师占70.23%;培训学员83.41%为中级及以下技术职称;学员总体满意度最高的是授课教师,不同类别的VPD培训班对培训效果的评价有一定差异。结论VPD继续教育项目近年来总体开展情况良好,应继续扩大培训规模,做好培训监督管理和评价,以更好发挥继续教育在VPD控制中的作用。 Objective In order to know implementation of national continuing medical education(CME) project about vaccine preventable diseases(VPD) during 2007-2012 and to provide basis on training of VPD. Methods According to data from national CME system, using microsoft excel and statistical product and service solutions 13.0 to analyze VPD training project number, hosting days, teachers, students and training effect. Results 61 projects were conducted during 2007-2012. The implementation rate is 61%. The training duration for 4-6d is 72.31%. Project director almost have senior professional titles. Teachers who were internal staff gain 70. 23%. The majority (83.41%) of students have junior and intermediate technical tides. The highest students' degree of satisfaction is teachers. Difference existed between different VPD training classes about evaluation on training effect. Conclusions Implementation of projects are overall good. It is need to expand the scale and enhance surveillance and evaluation on training effects in order to play CME' role in control of VPD.
