摘要
研究了微碱法 (2NaOH :FeSO4=1 .1 5)条件下合成超细α -FeOOH反应过程的动力学。主要考察了Fe(Ⅱ )初始浓度 (C0 )、反应温度 (T)、搅拌强度 (r)、空气用量 (V)、氧气分压 (PO2 )以及碱铁比 (R)对反应速率的影响。试验得出了在形核阶段对Fe(Ⅱ )为 0级反应 ,对氧分压亦为 0级反应 ,求出了反应的活化能为 1 2 .2 5kJ.mol- 1 。
An ultra fine α-FeOOH powders was synthesized by the aerial oxidation in the slight alkaline (2NaOH/FeSO 4=1.15) solution.The effect factors on the reaction rate such as the initial concentration( C 0),the reaction temperature( T ),the agitation rate( r ),the air-flow rate( V ),the partial pressure of oxygen( P O 2 ) and the ratio of 2NaOH to FeSO 4( R ) were investigated The reaction is a zero order for both Fe(Ⅱ) and oxygen partial pressure during nacleation. The activction energy of reaction is 12.25kJ·mol -1 .
