摘要
论述了在公用电网 (1~ 35kV)中 ,为满足电力部门对谐波源负荷用户的管理规定而采用的谐波源负荷谐波输出限值的一种计算方法。该方法基于随机矢量加法法则 ,考虑到不同电压等级之间谐波的相互渗透作用 ,提出了可行的解决途径。该方法适合对容量、负荷工作特性和谐波发射特性不同的负荷谐波 (电压和电流 )限值的确定。所述及的谐波限值满足母线兼容水平要求。
An assessment approach for the harmonic emission limits of distorting loads in MV system (1~35?kV) is described to meet the requirement for the power facility on power quality management. In terms of the summation rule of random vectors, the approach effectively solves the problem involved in the effect of the harmonic emission on the individual voltage levels. It is available for specifying the harmonic emission (voltage or current) limits from distorting loads concerned with the capacity, operation and harmonic nature. The proposed limits are consistent with the compatibility levels of harmonics.
