具有恢复计划决策功能的EMS数据库

EMS Database for Generating Restoration Plans On-line

对现有EMS和恢复决策的任务及其信息需求分析的基础上 ,提出围绕电网实时数据库RDB ,增加系统部件特性参数数据库CDB和过程数据库PDB ,以实现在线恢复计划决策的功能 。

This paper presents a feasible database system and its software composition for the EMS with function to generate restoration plans on line,which includes the real time database of power system states(RDB),the power system unit characteristic parameter database(CDB) and the process database for multistage dynamic decision(PDB).The information constitution and database strcture of RDB and CDB,meeting the needs for information to generate restoration plans,are given respectively.
