摘要
长锥距弧齿锥齿轮 ,由于其锥距超出机床加工范围 ,一直是齿轮加工中的一个难题。本文针对长锥距弧齿锥齿轮的加工特点 ,提出了不用变性机构加工长锥距弧齿锥齿轮的思想 ,将非零变位技术应用于长锥距弧齿锥齿轮的加工实践中。采用文中所述方法 ,研制出一对外锥距为 85 2 .6 5 2mm的非零变位长锥距弧齿锥齿轮。结果表明 ,在不改变现有机床的条件下 。
Long cone distance spiral bevel gears are widely used in power transmission such as in ship, yacht, helicopter and so on. The cone distance of the gears is so long that we can not use the normal method to process it. How to process the long cone distance spiral bevel gears without changing the present machine mechanism becomes very important. This spurs many researchers to develop new methods.This paper presents a new approach to process long con distance spiral gears without using cam mechanism by studying the present methods for this kind of gears. A new type of non-zero modification long cone distance (852.652mm) spiral gear is developed with the method proposed by authors.
