摘要
为改造早期龙门刨床的主传动系统 ,采用交流变频矢量控制技术 ,应用PLC可编程序控制器及电能回馈制动装置 ,研制出一套节能降噪的龙门刨床控制系统 ,使其调速范围达到 1:10 0 ,静差度达到 1% ,低速时切削刀保持恒定 ,结构简单 ,工作可靠 ,节能效果明显。在实际应用中 ,噪声小 ,维护量少 ,易于操作 ,是龙门刨床理想的节能型。
In order to improve the main driver system,the authors designed a set of double housing planer control system using PLC program controllers and electric power return brake device.The technology of alternating frequency change vecter control was used in the system.The limitation of speed regulation of the system reached 1∶100 and the cutting tools in the system remained stable at low speed.The structure of the system was simple,reliable and had a good energy saving effect.It had a low voice, was easy to operate and maintain.It's an ideal energy saving and high precision controlling system for double housing planer.
