摘要
建立了一种高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中腺苷的方法。采用饱和氯化钠溶液作为提取溶剂,超声提取,以高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器检测化妆品中的腺苷。结果显示,腺苷溶液在0.3883—64.72mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=1.0000,检出限为0.0001%;腺苷在霜类和乳液2种基质中回收率分别为92.3%~94.6%和95.4%~98.8%,日内和日间精密度(RSD)分别为0.9%和2.4%。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of adenosine in cosmetics was established. Cosmetic samples were extracted with saturated NaC1 aqueous solution as solvent under assistance of ultrasonic wave, and the adenosine was detected by HPLC - diode array detector. Results showed that as the mass concentration of adenosine solution ranges within 0. 388 3 -64.72 mg ·L^-1, the peak area vs. mass concentration shows good linearity with correlation coefficient r = 1. 000 0. The limit of detection is 0. 000 1%. The recovery of adenosine in two kinds of base material, cream base and emulsion liquid base is 92.3% -94.6% and 95.4% -98.8% respectively. The intra- and inter- day precisions are 0. 9% and 2. 4% respectively.
