卧式同步锥辊破碎机中物料的受力与运动分析

The Acting Forces and Motion Analysis on Ore Grains in the Horizontal Synchronic Cone Crusher

针对立式同步锥辊破碎机的结构局限性 ,提出了一种卧式同步锥辊破碎机。这种新机型不仅保持了原有立式布置时作业中无振动、噪声低、破碎比大、生产率高的优点 ,且排料通道通畅 ,易于安装调节。文中讨论了卧式机中破碎物料的受力和运动 ,推导了卧式同步锥辊破碎机中物料运动的基本方程式 。

In view of the limitation of the structure of vertical synchronic cone crusher, a horizontal synchronic cone crusher was designed. The new type horizontal crusher remained some advantages of vertical one, such as no vibration,high productivity and low noise when it runs.Besides the exit passage of the ore material was broad in the horizontal crusher and it is easy to install and adjust.In this paper,the acting forces on ore grains and their motion in the horizontal crusher was discussed and motion equations of ore grains was derived.In order to ensure normal operation for horizontal crusher,some essential conditions were also presented in the paper.
