摘要
介绍了一种新型智能化热电偶温度采集模板的设计及原理。该模板运用通道复用技术 ,采用电压 -频率变换器为信号变换单元 ,利用高频光耦实现与现场信号电隔离 ,并由 5 1系列单片机完成温度信号采样、热电偶线性化、以及零点校正和冷端补偿计算。该模板精度高、抗干扰性强、易调整、价格低 ,已广泛应用于退火炉的温度控制系统 。
The design and the principle of the intelligent thermocouple temprature sampling board are introduced. This board used the V/F inverter to change the voltage signal to high frequency signal and isolated from operating place by optocoupler. In this paper the 51 series microcomputer was designed to calculate and linearize the thermocouple temperature. This board has the following advantages: high precision, good performance of anti jamming, low price and easy to adjust. Now it is widely used in many temperature control system of annealing furnace and gotten good economic benefits.
