摘要
介绍了一种由线性扭簧和特定形状曲面板配合实现给定非线性弹性特性的悬架机构 ,提出了曲面板的设计方法和数学模型。由上下底板相对运动过程中外力作功转化为扭杆的势能 ,得到悬架动位移与扭杆转角间的关系 ,进而可求出滚轮轮心轨迹 ;在给定滚轮半径后 ,其轮心轨迹的外等距线即为曲面板曲线。根据这一原理编制了相应的计算程序 ,得到尺寸数据和轮廓线。
This paper introduced a kind of nonlinear chair suspension mechanism which can actualize the pre given nonlinear elastic characteristics by the collaboration between linear torsional spring and specific outline cam. Based on the principle that work done by external force can completely transform to potential energy we established the relationship between the displacement of chair and the relative angle of torsional spring. By fixing the coordinates on the cam we could establish the mathematical models of roller center's locus. Furthermore we could obtain the external equilong curve which is the outline of the cam. The corresponding computer program to get the data of cam dimensions was calculated, and the cam's outline was also plotted.
