57例胰腺假性囊肿的诊治体会

Diagnosis and treatment of 57 cases of pancreatic pseudocyst

目的总结胰腺假性囊肿的诊治体会。方法回顾性分析57例胰腺假性囊肿患者的临床资料。12例保守治疗,23例行内引流术,行9例外引流术,序贯式内外引流术5例,胰腺部分切除术8例。结果保守治疗者均痊愈,无复发;行内引流术者中有1例发生胰瘘,其余22例恢复良好无复发;行外引流术1例出现胰瘘,1例复发;行胰腺部分切除术者有1例出现胰瘘,其余恢复良好。结论根据病情和病程选择合适的个体化方案是治疗胰腺假性囊肿的关键。

[ Objecitve ] To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst. [Methods ] This study included 57 pancreatic pseudocyst cases, 12 received conservative therapy, 23 received internal drainage, 9 received external drainage, 5 received sequential internal and external drainage and 8 received partial pancreatectomy. [ Re- sults ] Cases receiving conservative therapy recovered well without recurrence, one case receiving internal drainage suffered from pancreatic fistula, one receiving external drainage was complicated with pancreatic fistula.and recur- rence developed in another 1 case, one case undergoing partial pancreatectomy was complicated with postoperative pancreatic fistula. [ Conclusion] Pancreatic pseudocyst should be managed individually according the course and patients＇ clinical condition.
