摘要
对未燃煤粉在炉内的分布特性进行了二维模型实验研究·通过实验发现进入高炉的未燃煤粉主要聚积在气流流动缓慢和气流发生转折的区域或部位 ;在块状带 ,主要滞留在矿石层中· 在煤气流主通道未燃煤粉难以聚积 ,对料柱的纵向透气性和压差影响不大· 未燃煤粉积聚的不均匀性造成了局部横向压差增加 ,从而导致了煤气流的重新分布·特别是回旋区前方和前上方透气性恶化 ,使中心气流难以发展 ,促使软熔带向“平底的倒V型”或“倒W型”转变·实际操作中 。
A two dimension experimental model equipment was developed to simulate the distribution of UPC in blast furnace. It was found that UPC mainly exists in the zones in which the gas flow runs slowly or turns sharply. In dry part of blast furnace,UPC is mainly in the layer of the raw material. UPC can not stay at the main way of the gas flow,so that it has no effect on the pressure distribution pattern and on ventilative quality. Uneven distribution of UPC causes pressure descent in some off main way area. Specially,deterioration of ventilative quality in front of or just above the raceway caused by UPC results in the middle gas flow immature. This made the melted zone becoming into the counter “W” shape. It is suggested that the injection of every tuyere should be even and the middle gas flow should be reinforced in order to overcome the UPC effects.
