摘要
研究了钴基铸造高温合金K6 40S在多次返回重熔过程中成分、组织和性能的变化·结果表明 ,该合金的返回料按照适当的工艺多次返回重熔后 ,其组织和性能无明显变化·经 1 0次返回后合金的综合性能仍能满足使用要求·
Superalloy K640S revert was made by using its revert cycled scrap and microstructures and mechanical properties of the superalloy were investigated. The results show that microstructures of the superalloy is still the skeleton like carbides in form of M 23 C 6 and the flake like carbides in form of M 7C 3,both were distributed among the dendrites and at grain boundary in γ matrix after the recycle because of the suitable remelting process. The high temperature tensile strength slightly decreased,but the room temperature tensile strength had no obviously change with the increment of the recycling times. Alloy′s tensile plasticity don′t change with increasing the recycle times. It was concluded that the revert superalloy K640S after recycling ten times can still fulfill the application requirement.
