摘要
为解决传统柔性转子动平衡方法需要添加试重、多次启动的问题,发展了一种基于无试重模态动平衡方法的柔性转子二阶动平衡方法。该方法得益于转子有限元建模技术的发展,通过Samcef Rotor获取转子平衡所需的各阶模态,结合测量所得参考点的振动信息,利用无试重模态动平衡方法计算得出平衡所需的配重大小和方位。运用该方法对试验转子分别进行了一阶和二阶平衡,每次平衡只需开车一次,平衡后一阶振幅下降59.44%,二阶振幅下降97.56%。试验结果表明:该方法可有效降低转子不平衡振动,减少平衡开车次数,大大提高了转子的平衡效率。
In order to address the problem of traditional methods of flexible rotor balancing tests which requires adding weights and starting many times, this paper provides a new method without trial weights for flexible rotor balancing based on the development of rotor finite element modeling technology. It requires the modal shapes obtained by software Samcef rotor and the vibration information of reference points to obtain the size and orientation of the counterweight. This method is car- ried out on a test rotor. After balancing the amplitude of the rotor through the first critical speed is reduced by 59.44% and the amplitude of the rotor through the second critical speed is reduced by 97.56 %. The results of the experiments demon- strate that this method can reduce rotor vibration and improve the efficiency of flexible rotor balancing.
