摘要
针对板带热连轧机传统的活套高度控制策略存在的问题 ,提出用Fuzzy PID复合控制策略·输入取活套量的偏差E和偏差变化率EC ,输出为上游轧机转速设定的附加值·采用Mamdani与逻辑运算模糊关系而得到了模糊推理算法·采用加权平均法对输出模糊子集进行解模糊 ,得出了精确的输出·通过Matlab语言中的Simulink仿真工具 ,进行了传统PID与模糊控制动态性能的仿真比较 ,结果表明采用模糊控制可明显提高活套控制系统的动态性能·
The fuzzy logic+PID control strategy was used to replace the traditional loopers height control method on hot strip tandem mill. The inputs required by the control model are loopers′ height error E and the error change rate EC . The model will give the correct additional speed setpoint for all the up stream stands individually. The Mamdani “∧” fuzzy logic operation was used for fuzzy ratiocination. And the weighed averaging method is taken for decoupling fuzzy subset to get precise output. The comparison of fuzzy logic control with traditional PID was made by simulation through the Simulink toolbox of the Matlab language. The results show that the loppers height dynamic control performs much better by means of using the fuzzy logic control strategy.
