市售男士控油洁面泥使用效果和功效研究

Beneficial cleansing effects of an Oil-control Facial Clay Cleanser for Man

目的:了解某市售男士控油洁面泥的使用感受、控油效果及对皮肤表面酸碱度的影响。方法:随机抽取油性肌肤的男性志愿者对某市售男士控油洁面泥进行感官和功效(油脂和pH值)测试,其中肤感和短期功效试验各有30名志愿者,长期功效试验有40名志愿者(测试组20人,对照组20人)。结果:该样品使用感受较好,使用第1次志愿者在用后2h内皮肤油脂含量较对照组低(P<0.05),连续使用4周的志愿者在使用第2、3周和4周的皮肤油脂含量均比对照组低(P<0.05)。短期和长期功效的pH值均较对照组略高,即不破坏皮肤表面的弱酸性状态。结论:该男士控油洁面泥具有明确的抑制油脂分泌(控油)的作用,使用感受较好且能维持皮肤表面正常的酸碱度。

Objective In order to understand the sensory attributes,oil control （skin sebum control） and skin pH value of a commercial Oil-control Clay Cleanser for Man （OCCM）.Methods 30 skin oily men randomly selected were used to test the sensory attributes and short-term efficacy of the product OCCM; 40 skin oily men were used to test the long-term efficacy of the product OCCM （20 for treatment group,20 for control group）.Results The product OCCM has good sensory attributes,which significantly decrease skin sebum within 2 hours after the first time of use.Long-term use also showed a significantly decrease of skin sebum levels in the 2nd,3rd and 4th week as well.It have a higher pH value in treatment group both in short-term and long-term treatment,which means it can keep the skin surface a normal acid state as usual.Conclusion The product OCCM can significantly inhibit the secretion of sebum,with good sensory attributes and maintain a mild acid state of man skin.
